So when's that next school trip?

As the holidays reluctantly draw to a close, we hope you've been well rested and are feeling ready to kick off the new term in style!

Somewhere amongst your to-do lists and between the dates in your diaries, you may have already put some thought into running a school trip for 2018. First-timer or veteran party leader, the benefits of an educational school trip always make themselves clear - just take a look at what previous party leaders have had to say.

Language School Trips

Voyager School Travel are experts in our field of educational language school trips. With over 120 combined years of experience in school travel between us, we have been delivering outstanding school language tours to Europe for over 15 years. We have a large presence in France in particular, where we successfully operate 3 Voyager-owned residential accommodations.

French

Château de la Baudonnière is our French language immersion centre in Normandy and our largest operation. A long-time favourite of teachers up and down the UK, our hands-on French native ‘Animateurs’ challenge students to speak French at every opportunity and always get the best out of them.

“[The Animateurs] have so much energy and encouragement for the students - they make learning fun.”

A similar French language immersion programme runs on a smaller scale a short distance away at La Grand' Ferme. With a unique set of buildings, 3 acres of grounds and a view of Le Mont St Michel, the property is full of atmosphere and ideally suited for school trips.

Spanish

A team of native speaking ‘Monitors’ are also on hand at our residential Spanish Language programme at the Arbolar centre in Murcia. A fantastic way to combine an exciting activity based school trip to Spain with totally immersive learning, it's a win-win. As well as challenging themselves and improving their language skills by using them in situ, students push themselves physically in our watersport activities and conquer fears along the way.

But the results aren't limited to the Arbolar centre, native speaking Spanish monitors are also available to accompany schools to Barcelona, Madrid and Granada.

German

In recent years, a school trip to Germany has become an increasingly popular choice for school groups and is ever more competitive in terms of price. From the idyllic scenery of the Rhineland to the urban city centres, Germany isn’t only a fantastic destination for German language students. From Music and Art, to History and Business, Berlin is renowned as one of Europe’s most cultural cities and offers cross-curriculum benefits for all students.
