We only propose trips we know we can deliver. Your quote will be based on named accommodation and transport so you have clear expectations about what the trip will entail from the outset. Knowing this in advance means that you can satisfy yourself of the quality and suitability of the services we recommend, and be confident that there will be no sneaky switches down the line.
✅ No hidden costs
The price you see is the price you get. We won't jeopardise your trust by presenting a seemingly low price at quote stage, only to request additional funds when you're ready to book.
For example, unlike other travel companies, our transparent flight prices include the cost of air passenger duty, which can add £88 to the price of a ticket to New York.

We'll hold your hotel and transport reservations for 14 days, giving you time to organise the deposit, confident in the knowledge that your trip will be honoured, with no changes or price increases.

In line with best practice, all our tour packages include comprehensive travel insurance as standard, providing peace of mind for teachers and parents, and demonstrating our commitment to student safeguarding.
School trips involve a lot of responsibility, and the right insurance is essential to protect against unexpected events, such as medical emergencies, lost luggage or cancellations. Of course, if your school has its own overseas trip cover, just let us know and we'll happily remove it from your package.
