Big groups or small groups? Voyager can make it happen…

we now cater for small groups

Size doesn’t matter. It’s official! Voyager School Travel specialises in small groups as well as big groups. And, it doesn’t have to blow the budget! Thanks to our new GroupShare programme, Voyager can offer you the opportunity to organise a school trip for almost the same price as a full-sized party.

“Small group or big group, it makes no difference to us. We are getting more and more bookings based upon just twenty in the group,” says Joanne Layzell, our Modern Language Specialist.  In 2016 Voyager is launching GroupShare, a new programme that makes it easier than ever for small groups to get in on the action.

Adventure programmes to Argeles, Tossa and the Ardeche and the French language immersion programme at Voyager’s own Château de la Baudonnière in Normandy are all possible for small groups through the scheme. Voyager can offer small groups the same adventures of a lifetime from as little as £495 pp by Coach and from £628 pp by Air. If you are willing to share coach travel with another school then Voyager, can keep your costs down. As long as Voyager stipulate the exact dates of travel and timing of the programme at the resort, we can deliver these great prices. And, sharing a coach can work incredibly well: in February, Linton Village College from Cambridge joined Herts and Essex School on a coach to Normandy. Linton loved pretty much everything about the trip, describing the whole experience as ‘All so good … A great success!’

At Voyager we are always looking at ways of keeping your travel costs down so that you can make your school trip happen. Our team of specialists, like Joanne, can talk you through the GroupShare scheme which runs in May, June and July or other options for cheaper travel, such as travelling in low season. One small group travelled to the Chateau in Normandy in January and Voyager arranged for them to ‘hitch’ a lift with one of the coaches heading there for the season.

Don’t miss out on your next school trip because you think you don’t have a big enough group. Give Voyager a call today and see what we can do to make your holiday happen!
