Voyager takes over from TJM

Late last month, Voyager was contacted by ABTA, who asked us to salvage 18 school trips from failed operator TJM Travel.

Nigel English, Managing Director of Voyager said: "The pressure was on to turn everything around in 24 hours, but voyager were happy to do all we could to help the schools in these difficult circumstances and ensure that pupils who'd no doubt been looking forward to their trip all year, did indeed get to go away afterall. From the perspective of a professional working in the travel industry, it was great to see that not only does the ABTA bonding system work, but the system is relatively simple and straightforward."

Voyager have now permanently taken over from TJM in Tossa de Mar, a venue with an enviable reputation with many UK schools. It is an idyllic watersports venue with its naturally safe sailing enviroment , convenient hotel accomidation and a town steeped in spanish culture.

Voyager has a well-earned reputation for exacting standards in school watersports trips. We aim to bring these high standards to Tossa de Mar to create the premier school watersports and activity venue on the Mediterranean.
