The Big School Trip Debate Survey - Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Complete the survey to here to enter this prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to teachers. You must have a UK school email address to participate.
  2. Entry Deadline: Entries close Friday 28 November 2025
  3. Prize Details: Two £50 online shopping vouchers, ten Voyager water bottles
  4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of completed survey entries.
  5. Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within one week, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Privacy: Participant information will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  7. Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by following the instructions provided in the notification. Failure to claim the prize within one week may result in disqualification.
  8. Disqualification: Voyager School Travel reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or show evidence of tampering.
  9. Modification or Cancellation: Voyager School Travel reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

 

Event & Conference Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Voyager School Travel runs a small raffle to thank people who submit their contact details to us at conferences and events. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions:

  • All entries must be submitted electronically or given direct to a Voyager School Travel representative on the day of the event.
  • Winners will be informed either at the event or via the contact details provided on entry.
  • The prize is not transferable for a cash alternative.
  • By entering this competition you agree to the use of your data by Voyager School Travel as detailed in our privacy policy.
  • Participant information may be used for marketing purposes by Voyager School Travel but will not be shared with third parties.
