Foreign Trips Research Survey - Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Leave your details at the end of our foreign trips survey to enter this prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to eligible participants who complete the school trip survey within the specified time frame. You must be responsible for organising school trips abroad to take part in the survey.
2. Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 1 May 2024.
3. Prize Details: Five £100 shopping vouchers are available to be won. Winners can choose an online shopping voucher of their preference for personal use, for their loved ones, or to donate to their school.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of completed survey entries.
5. Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided upon survey completion. If a winner does not respond within one week, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Privacy: Participant information will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
7. Anonymity: Survey responses will be kept anonymous, and individual participants will not be identifiable in any published results.
8. Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize by following the instructions provided in the notification. Failure to claim the prize within one week may result in disqualification.
9. Disqualification: Voyager School Travel reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or show evidence of tampering.
10. Modification or Cancellation: Voyager School Travel reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

Event & Conference Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Voyager School Travel runs a small raffle to thank people who submit their contact details to us at conferences and events. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions:

• All entries must be submitted electronically or given direct to a Voyager School Travel representative on the day of the event.
• Winners will be informed either at the event or via the contact details provided on entry.
• The prize is not transferable for a cash alternative.
• By entering this competition you agree to the use of your data by Voyager School Travel as detailed in our privacy policy.
• Participant information may be used for marketing purposes by Voyager School Travel but will not be shared with third parties.
