We’re very excited to announce we’re launching our new Watersports Instructor Training Course in Argelès-sur-Mer, France’s Mediterranean coast. Voyager Academy is a brand new initiative that gives Watersports instructors the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications and subsequently employment with Voyager Adventure at one of our Mediterranean centres.

Price: £2,995 (including return UK transport & 4* self-catered accommodation) 

Train on the beach - in the Med!

The watersports/outdoors industry is crying out for new instructors so many UK operators are now offering their own instructor training courses. The only problem is they are in the UK, in the Winter! So, why not join our fast-track watersports instructor training course in the Mediterranean sunshine in Argelès-sur-Mer and begin an incredible journey to a new career.

RYA & BC Qualifications

You can gain your qualifications you must become a member of the RYA and BC, and there is a small fee payable to those organisations directly once you have completed your training.

Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing & Stand Up Paddleboarding Instructor 

Our comprehensive Watersports Instructor Training course will train you to become a Dinghy Sailing, Kayaking & Stand Up Paddleboarding Instructor, with the option to add Windsurf Instructor should you complete a season with us after the course.

Powerboat Level 2 and Safety Boat qualifications

You will also gain your Powerboat Level 2 and Safety Boat qualifications along with many other industry-specific qualifications and workshops.

Mediterranean Coast and Pyrenees mountains

Our training facility is based in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the south of France, with the Mediterranean Coast and Pyrenees mountains all on your doorstep. Not only will you receive an incredible training programme but you will also experience new cultures and have the opportunity to try a huge amount of other adventure sports. Our training course includes a day trip to Barcelona (only 2 hours away) and the opportunity to try wakeboarding, mountain biking, white water rafting, canyoning, and, if it’s been a good season, there will be the opportunity to Ski/Snowboard.
