Spring term trips to France
Culford School headed off on an unforgettable adventure to Normandy, staying at our Voyager-owned centre, Château de la Baudonnière. Students threw themselves into a full programme of on-site activities, from aeroball and archery to interactive French vocabulary sessions. It’s brilliant to see students building on their confidence, having fun, and improving their French language learning with our experienced animateurs, It's no wonder that 86% of students improved their vocabulary while on our language immersion programmes.
Incredible pictures from Wales High School of their trip to Paris escorted by our animateur! Their four-day language trip to Paris was packed with iconic landmarks, from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre, and the students fully embraced every moment, from speaking French to immersing themselves in the local culture.
Wycombe Abbey students fully embraced French culture and pushed their comfort zones by trying new things! Our French language immersion centre La Grand’Ferme, is centrally located in Normandy to plenty of local cultural visits and on-site experiences for students, with the opportunity to practice language learning through activities, such as circus skills and breadmaking!
Spring term trip to Italy
What an amazing sight to see! Four Dwellings Academy Latin students took an educational classics trip to Rome this spring term, taking in the incredible architecture, famous landmarks and of course treating themselves to ice creams! The best combination on a sunny school trip!
Spring term trip to Germany
Chigwell School students went on a fantastic cultural tour of Cologne. Their German itinerary was packed with variety, from exploring the fairytale-like Marksburg Castle and admiring Cologne Cathedral to an action-packed day at Phantasialand, the perfect blend of experiencing iconic sights and thrill-seeking experiences, a memorable way to round off their trip.
Spring term trip to Spain
Students from Boston Spa Academy headed to sunny Cádiz for a fun-filled language immersion experience at our partner Spark Spanish centre. Their trip included interactive Spanish lessons, authentic cultural experiences, and seaside activities, giving students the chance to build their confidence in language learning while making lasting memories in a vibrant, coastal setting.
Sounds like a busy 3 days for Ifield Community School, who embarked on a Spanish visit to Madrid this spring! Getting lots of steps in to fully experience what Spain’s capital has to offer. Emersed in the Spanish culture, students used their language learning from school and practised it whilst on the trip, gaining more confidence and bringing classroom learning to life in the most memorable way!
Ashlyn’s School had a wonderful time on their Spanish language trip to Girona, getting immersed in the Spanish language by our activity instructors, called "monitores", whose job it is to immerse the students in the Spanish language, making their stay as authentic and enriching as possible, encouraging the students to speak in their target language and build confidence throughout their stay.
