We are thrilled to announce our live Customer Service speaker for the next Travel & Tourism Student Convention at Disneyland® Paris. Jane Batty, senior manager at Disneyland Paris, will be delivering a presentation focussing on customer service in the travel & tourism sector, using her 15+ years experience at Disneyland Paris, she's excited to share her knowledge with your students.

MORE ABOUT JANE
After studying for a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management and French, Jane joined Disneyland Paris (then Euro Disney) as a receptionist in 2007. She is now responsible for the Front of House team at Disney's Sequoia Lodge.
Disney's Sequoia Lodge has an American National parks theme and has over 1000 guest rooms, two restaurants, leisure complex and pool, all set in a woodland lodge setting. The hotel was rated TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice in 2019, making it oine of France's top hotels for families.
Jane's role is to continuously improve the quality of customer service in all departments of the hotel, anticipating and exceeding the needs of Disney's hotel guests while developing and nurturing an inclusive and diverse team.
The cast members of Disneyland Paris are famous for delivering a magical guest experience and Jane will talk about how her team ensures a consistent and quality customer service across all the customer touchpoints.
