About Tricia

As Tours Director, Tricia oversees Voyager's Performing Arts and Disney tours, as well as non-school group travel, combining creative product development with the detailed operational planning required to deliver outstanding group experiences. She works closely with teams across the business to develop new programmes and support sales and growth, working closely with Disneyland Paris as a preferred partner for school and group travel.

Tricia uses her extensive experience and strong industry relationships to resolve challenges, support teams and continually improve the customer journey. She oversees group transport arrangements, including relationships with coach suppliers and cross-Channel partners, ensuring that every element of a tour is carefully planned and delivered smoothly.

Tricia has played an important role in Voyager's growth and development, from establishing school programmes at Voyager's Moulin aux Draps centre in Northern France and training overseas teams, to supporting the integration of Pegasus Coaches into the business. 

With expertise spanning tour development, transport logistics, supplier management and customer experience, Tricia understands the many details that sit behind a successful group trip. She has a particular passion for coaches and transport operations and enjoys sharing her knowledge of everything from drivers' hours regulations to vehicle specifications.
