As Chief Executive of Voyager School Travel, Nigel is responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and working with the leadership team to ensure every trip reflects Voyager’s core values: safe, enriching and memorable experiences with clear educational outcomes. He oversees the business’s operations, people and resources, with a focus on long-term growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Nigel’s approach to school travel is simple: every tour should provide meaningful learning opportunities, offer excellent value for money and put the experience of students and teachers at the heart of everything.
Since 2008, Nigel has helped shape Voyager’s development, building a team of dedicated travel and educational professionals who share his commitment to excellence. He has also championed the use of Voyager-owned residential centres, allowing the company to provide safe, welcoming environments designed specifically for school groups.
