Job Description
Based in Brighton & Hove, you will be working for one of the fastest growing School Travel companies in the UK. You will be coordinating school group tours to a varied range of destinations and report to the Tours Managers.
Main Duties
- Administration of group bookings from reservation to completion of the tour, including invoicing and collecting all monies from the school
- Liaison with party leaders in the UK, ensuring we deliver the highest possible customer service at all times
- Liaison with suppliers around the world for hotel, travel and excursion requirements, negotiating the best rates and quality of service in a foreign language
- Producing detailed travel itineraries based on client requirements
- Keeping the FileMaker booking system up to date
- Keeping work files up to date
- Dealing with the health and safety audits of hotels (subject to training)
Requirements
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with very high attention to detail
- Fluency in French essential, Spanish desirable
- Fluency in other languages an advantage
- Self-motivation, drive and a determination to get the job done, plus the ability to cope when a problem arises
- Knowledge of worldwide destinations desirable but not essential to the role
This is a permanent, full-time position with salary dependant on your experience.
