The volume of world class art galleries in Europe is truly staggering

If Leonardo da Vinci was a polymath, it still comes as no surprise that he is most famous for his art. Catching a glimpse, amongst the hoards, of the Mona Lisa however, is not necessarily the top priority for many of the school art tours that we organise.

That's not to say that Paris should be avoided, on the contrary, it is blessed with the highest concentration of original artwork anywhere on the planet. But there are many other options across the continent to engage and inspire the artist or art historian.

Barcelona is home to an embarrassment of riches from Gaudi to Dali, Picasso to Miro, or why not try Amsterdam for your fix of Van Gogh, Rembrandt and De Stijl. Whatever your period, style or movement, we'd be happy to talk to you about a bespoke tour to meet your needs.
