The Acropolis Museum houses all the artefacts that were found on the site, stretching from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece. There are over 4,000 classical treasures on display.

Ancient Agora Museum

Ancient Agora Museum

In Ancient Greece, the Agora was the equivalent of today’s city centres with shops, stalls, entertainment and a place to set up social meetings and to make political announcements. There is a fantastic museum that students can roam as well as ruins of temples.

National Archaeological Museum

National Archaeological Museum

The National Archaeological Museum of Athens is the largest archaeological museum in Greece and one of the most important museums in the world devoted to ancient Greek art.

National Historial Museum

National Historical Museum

Athens' National Historial Museum is housed in the old parliament house. The museum details Greece's history from artwork to battle and warfare to politics. Students can get a comprehensive look at the country's history from 1000AD all the way through to modern times.

Panathenaic Stadium

Panathenaic Stadium

This stadium in Athens hosted the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Reconstructed from the remains of the ancient Greek stadium, the Panathenaic is one of the oldest stadiums on earth and the only major stadium built entirely of white marble.

Plaka

Pláka Neighbourhood

This colourful old historical neighbourhood of Athens, clustered around the Acropolis, is a hive of activity. Amongst the labyrinth of streets you can find the old quarter, shops and tavernas. We can arrange a Greek-themed evening for your group to make your visit all the more special.

Delphi theatre

Delphi

Delphi occupies a stunning location on a hillside but the view isn't the only reason to bring your students here. It is home to the Oracle, the Sanctuary of Athena, the Temple of Apollo and the Delphi Theatre.

Mycenae

Mycenae

In the C.2nd BC Mycenae was one of the major centres of Greek civilization with a military stronghold which dominated much of southern Greece. Students can see the Tomb of Agamemnon and the ancient Citadel of Mycenae, with the royal tombs and Lions Gate.

Olympia Greece

Olympia

Olympia was the site of the ancient Olympic Games, which were celebrated every four years by the Greeks. Situated in a valley in Elis, it was not a town, but a sanctuary with buildings associated with games and the worship of the gods. It became the Greek national shrine and contained many treasures of Greek art, such as temples, monuments, theatres, statues, and votive offerings of brass and marble.

Corinth Canal excursion photo

Corinth Canal

The striking Corinth Canal exists to create a path for ships to sail the Aegean Sea and was first conceived as early as 602 BC. It's very narrow at only 25 metres wide and effectively separates the Greek mainland from the Peloponnese.

Epidaurus

The small city of Epidaurus features a magnificent ancient amphitheatre as well as the ruins of the Sanctuary of Asklepios right next to it. Asklepios was a healing centre where the ill would travel to in hopes of being cured of their ailments in ancient times.

Mystras

Mystras

The archaeological site of Mystras is an ancient hillside town in the Peloponnese that grew around the fortress atop the hill. Amongst the largely well-preserved ruins, there is a chapel featuring magnificent painted ceilings.

Palamidi Fortress Nafplio

Nafplio
