Whilst many of our schools take trips to Europe or further afield to enhance curriculum-specific studies, increasingly,  many schools are opting to take tours in the UK, and London is often the focus of these tours.

The huge variety of educational experiences in our capital is truly staggering, from historic monuments to art galleries and museums. But London also offers the highest concentration of leisure pursuits, probably anywhere on the planet!

A super addition to any London school tour is a trip to the theatre. With the West End offering a smorgasbord of show's from Shakespeare through to Mama Mia, Voyager can negotiate some excellent group rates for schools as part of their London tour.

At the recent 2016 School Travel Awards, the fantastic show Wicked was voted best theatre production to go and see on a school trip, and we couldn't agree more.

To win the award, teachers nominated Wicked as a production that “excites, inspires and entertains”. It was also recognised as having a message that students could relate to, as well as supporting subject teaching with drama workshops and downloadable lesson plans.
